After completing play Wednesday, Oregon State will travel to El Dorado, Arkansas, to compete in its fall finale in the Duck Commander Intercollegiate that will be played Sunday through Tuesday. Oregon men back on TV: The Ducks men’s team will be back on the Golf Channel the network that televised its dramatic NCAA Championship victory in June starting Monday when it competes in the East Lake Cup in Atlanta, Georgia. The event will feature two competitions, with Oregon competing against Texas, Illinois and Vanderbilt in the men’s tournament, and Washington, Stanford, Duke and UCLA competing for the women’s title. The tournament starts with a round of stroke play through which individual titles will be determined, then rounds of match play Tuesday and Wednesday. The Golf Channel will televise the event from noon to 3 p.m. all three days. The Ducks, who will conclude their fall season at the event, finished seventh and fourth in their previous fall events. Senior Wydham Clark, a transfer from Oklahoma State, finished second and tied for third in his first two events with the Ducks. The women’s East Lake field includes two teams coached by graduates of Oregon high schools.
